Make It! Vancouver Edition

That’s right west-coasters, get your party boots on, and get your booty down to the Croatian Culture Centre on Commercial Drive RIGHT NOW for Vancouver’s MAKE IT SPRING SHOW! This weekend is going to yet again prove that Make It is the coolest craft show out there, so if you’re in town come visit me: Friday from 4-9, Saturday from 11-7, and Sunday from 11-5! You can find the nature’s my friend booth right by the stage, so you can check out the animals and enjoy the live music at the same time. Oh and don’t forget to also bring me a pint (YES, that’s right, the event has a liquor license)! Hope to see you party animals there :)

Spent my weekend at the beautiful Enjoy Centre in St. Albert, just outside of Edmonton, doing one of my favourite bi-annual art shows: MAKE IT!!! It was a great weekend; made some fantastic sales & met some rad people. It was also the first craft show that I conquered completely on my own. Exciting to know I am more than capable of surviving a craft show without my minion (a.k.a. my gorgeous fiancé). This week is sure to fly by quick, as I am headed to Vancouver mid-week for the Spring Make It Show at the Croatian Culture Centre. Can’t wait to do it all again, except this time there will be live music and a licensed bar! Hope to see you there, friends.

make it! (spring shows)

After a massive and far-away trade show like One of a Kind Toronto, I am so excited to be back on my side of the country getting ready to do a couple of quickly approaching shows that I just ADORE to pieces: MAKE IT in both Edmonton & Vancouver. No honestly, they really are my favorite… just read my testimony on their application page. I am also thrilled to see some of John’s family (albeit sadly without him), to catch up with dearly missed friends in both cities, and to visit with some pals who are also exhibitors in the shows! Make It has been great to me in the Christmas Season, so I am excited to see what a Spring Show brings, out here in the West.
